@rbreich Dosent appear so. Heard today that with the deals they have with cable company's , profits earned barely dented . And that with the deal Fox is making to increase the cost of their channel, the increase alone more than covers the lawsuit. Guess until the costs incurred are large enough to really impact Fox bottom line? This will be just one in many settlements for them.
