"Pop Culture and Internet Ace"

Just a boring guy in his early 40's, who reads comics, plays video games, and tries to live a simple life.

@jake4480 @nantucketebooks It’s been on my Tubi list for a few months. I need to pull the trigger and watch it. I’ve heard nothing but good things and I love 90s independent cinema!
@jim @hiro Second on NetNewsWire

@amerpie "Wherever you are right now, whatever you are doing, start thinking about finding something delightful before you go to bed. Call your Mom, buy a Snickers bar, read an article from The Onion, howl at the moon. Do something to find some pleasure in this world that seems designed to drag us down and keep us at the bottom. Don't let the bastards win."

HELL YEAH! OPTIMIZE FOR DELIGHT.

This just feels wrong
@wendigo I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm a huge fan, but I enjoy quite a bit of W.A.S.P's music even the more recent Golgotha. I had no idea they were hanging Trump flags and all of that. Ugh... makes me want to delete them out of my playlist.
WB has added an offline mode for Suicide Squad and marked the Ultimate Edition down from $100 to $5. Guess I’ll pick it up. I’m sure I can squeeze $5 of fun out of it.
@jake4480 Scorpions are on the list of things I’m cool never seeing in my house ever.
@mbjones Yea. They announced it yesterday. They are closing up shop since Kraven is expected to make so little. Sad days.
@jake4480 @alvan Ha that is the worst. I can’t visit my father without comments like, “Oh but you pay so much more than my mortgage.” I’m like, “Yea I didn’t buy years ago. I also can’t live in the middle of nowhere thanks to how bad traffic is here. And your internet sucks so bad. 🤣”

I saw a post recommending you stick to the main storyline in the first level of the Indiana Jones game. So, I did that last night and the author was onto something. Things definitely pick up after that and once you complete the game you can go back and finish up anything you miss.

I still wish there was a bit more shooting and action, but it truly is a beautiful game and feels super Indiana Jones.
