Okay so this week I'm going to plan getting an SaaS offering of Mastodon together.

Offerings will skew towards larger instances.

One of the things that's not really obvious about Cloud Island is that I spent a long time before I launched on legal prep (what are my risks and how do I manage them?) and financial prep (can this even pay to support itself?)

I think every Serious Mastodon Instance should host one (1) Major Celebrity.

Then, they periodically send that Major Celebrity off to engage in IRL hand-to-hand combat with the Major Celebrity representing a rival Serious Mastodon Instance.

Nobody gets anything if their Major Celebrity wins or whatever. It just would be fun to watch.
