Community Charter Update!

We've updated the charter to include the following:

No Impersonations. Please do not create usernames that are direct impersonations of BTS Members or any other individual. eg. Exact celebrity names or the username of well-known bird app accounts that don’t belong to you.

We've also raised the requested upload limit to 20MB per toot.
