@sulrich happy that you are enjoying the Apple Watch app!

@filmfreak75 Could you try to restart AW and iPhone and check again? Tried to tap the Retry button? If it doesn’t work, would you like to send me an e-mail with a backup of your library so that I can investigate the issue?
@filmfreak75 the Apple Watch app shows only the books that you are currently reading. Do you have books in “reading” status on your iPhone?

Book Tracker is now on Apple Watch!

I’ve just released an update that introduces the official Apple Watch companion app.

• See the books you’re currently reading
• Start your reading timer directly from your wrist
• Pause it anytime
• Update your reading progress on the go

No need to grab your phone every time. Just open the app on your Watch and keep reading.

As always, everything stays private and synced through your Apple devices.

This update is available now.

A new Book Tracker bug-fix update is out.

This release mainly improves barcode scanning, with better stability and more reliable results, especially in low-light conditions.

If you were experiencing issues before, let me know if it works better now on your device.

@alemelandri it looks a great start!

January reading wrap up 📚

How did your January reading go?
How many books did you finish and what was your favorite one?

@samsto Yes, coming in the next update ;)

Book Tracker was first released over six years ago.
At the end of December 2025, it officially turned six.

In these six years, the app has evolved enormously thanks to your feedback and support.

This is just the first of many updates coming this year.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
