https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/truth-has-triumphed-says-bjp-on-rafale-verdict/article29970179.ece/amp/?__twitter_impression=true): Has truth really triumphed in any of the recent SC judgements? I have serious doubts. I feel that in almost all the recent judgements, truth has been a casualty.
Truth has triumphed, Rahul Gandhi should apologise: BJP on Rafale verdict

Party leaders also took a dig at former Congress president Rahul Gandhi after the apex court asked him to be careful in future.

T.N. Shesan, who recently passed away, had done a commendable job in putting the fear of election commission in the hearts of politicians. Unfortunately, all that has been lost now and the election commission of India has become a tool in the hands of government.

Supreme Court of India will now take all executive decisions. When should schools open or close, what should be timings, what should be fees, what should be the admission process, whether a temple should be built or not, whether national anthem should be played in movie theatres, whether onions can be exported or not, who can fight elections etc etc. India is fast becoming a kritocracy.
Delhi Air Quality: SC orders closure of schools till November 15 as air pollution nears 'emergency' levels

The apex court had on November 4 banned construction and demolition activities in the region till further orders.

Modiji's biggest achievement during these past five years is that he has brought out the worst in our people. A painful realisation has dawned upon me that most of my well-educated and well-placed classmates and friends had a hatred for minorities deep inside them, all this time. Modiji has given them the voice and now they spew venom against them without fear of stigma. I never thought that my country was so full of bigots.

Kashmir has been under lockdown for 100 days. What are we doing about it?

The people of Kashmir and their rights seem to have disappeared from the national conversation.

Why?

Ravish, one of the best journalists of our time, makes the sharpest comment on this obscenity.
https://amp.ft.com/content/331677bc-03c5-11ea-9afa-d9e2401fa7ca?__twitter_impression=true): India's journey to an illiberal democracy. It just shows that, at heart, a large number of Indians were bigots. This government gave them a voice and the current rise of right wing voices across the world made them bolder.
India’s journey to illiberal democracy

I have no problem with your desire to worship Ram Lalla Virajman. However his "next friend" and the friend's gangs are definitely problematic
