focus holds steady, a pulsing rhyme,
temper the body, sharpen the mind,
in quiet resolve, the whole self aligns.
the high tide whisked away our clothes, and we ran laughing, diving into the warm, lingering memories of tomorrow.
between us is only time, not a vast, unbridgeable void.
our hearts reach across it, each pulse folds the distance into the other’s beat.
in that gently vanishing space, we find a shared cadence that shapes our being.

The Fragility of Jealousy

When jealousy is wielded as a tool in social or romantic relationships, the entire dynamic collapses.
Manipulating others is both socially brittle and emotionally immature; it isn’t a tactic of the strong-hearted.
Real strength arises from sincere honesty and trust.

Love Lives Deep

seek a quality that settles like a daydream, bright after night;
embrace the jagged edges, the imperfect pulses that make a human heart beat.
choose face-to-face; eyes meet, hands brush, laughter mingles,
instead of endless, flickering swipes.
leave the heart unlatched, free of checklists, so it can listen, feel, linger.
in that open readiness rests authentic, lasting bonds,
in the space where we together are truly alive.

while together in line,
i wrap around, hug you from behind,
our hands meet,
knowing we’re each other’s, for a time.
i feel adrift, falling, floating, reeling, in a void.
the wind presses; tears blur the air, stinging my eyes.
i tumble onward, and only the relentless march of time lingers in my mind.

Engage & Detach

with purpose, we should always play some more while forgetting the score.

Monetizing Optimism

**They’re selling you hope while buying your time.**

In an economy of optimism, our most personal aspirations are no longer private dreams: they’ve become marketable commodities and revenue streams. Every ounce of attention hands over the one resource we can never replenish - time. Recognizing this transaction for what it truly is, is the first step toward reclaiming the principle that hope should empower, not exploit.

Taking Chances

paper pages fold to planes,
caught within tomorrow’s rain.
forgotten sunsets drift inside,
while these lofty dreams arise.
