Been meaning to make Japanese Milk Bread for a while and @panzer’s newsletter convinced me to give it a shot. My family is addicted! It’s a good recipe to do with my 8yo, who loves making the tangzhong and rolling the cylinders. Here’s our work from today, ready for breakfast tomorrow.

I started making pizza about five years ago in my home oven. Since then I have graduated to an outdoor Gozney Dome, but it all started with pan pizzas. Tonight we did two Detroit style: a rainbow and a traditional mozzarella/basil. Daughter’s 👍🏻 approval in pic. I am deeply indebted to @neven’s sourdough recipe that got me started and that I still use today. Make your own pizza!

Big excitement for my fleet of HomePod mini. I now have temp/humidity sensors in every room, and the ocean sounds my daughters love at night can kick off when their bedtime scene is set. Tremendous update, very excited for new features.
