@NatSecGeek Their mirage of being this Goliath in this sector was smashed on Oct 7th. I would say what scares Hacktivism is because the US is there to prosecute anyone who does try. With Russia You have a protection from getting extradited. Good read kind of surprise there was some groups out there.
