Update: ok so it's not the best tortilla I've made but it's far from the worst and the best part is that I didn't drop it all over my stove so I call it a win.

I won't know how it turned out for real for a few more hours but I hope it's not bland. Seasoning tortilla is kind of a crapshoot bc there's no way to correct it if you make it too salty.

This is my first time working with gouache so I was just trying to get a feel for how it works but given that I tend to overwork my watercolors, this feels like a good solution. But tbh I mainly got them for the white.

I hope I don't fuck up what I've already done on the paintings for Scott's family with it.

I don't think I ever updated where I'm at with Jerry.

He's not finished but like the others, I'm getting it to 90% and I'll come back to them all with gouache to finish some details after the base work is finished
