I’m in a small village in Spain (pop 1,200) and I heard what I thought was live music. A freaking brass band came across the square and stopped right under the balcony of my hotel and played a few songs. Pure magic 🤩

Hola Pamplona! Tomorrow I’m starting a short walk on the Camino Frances, and if the weather is anything like this, I will feel very lucky. I bought a big rain poncho though, just in case.

Last Sunday's photo competition was a great success! I'm going to have a #boostsunday every week from now on. What do you have to do?

1. upload a photo with the hashtag #potd the hashtag #pictureoftheday is also valid but I first look at #potd
2. I look at all the photos and choose 4 winners from them.
3. I will post the winners on my account with credits at the end of the week on Sunday evening/Monday morning.

Later this month I’ll be walking part of the Camino Frances in Spain, but now I wished I were leaving tonight so I could hide from the news for at least a day. I can see why my mediation app, 10% Happier, decided now was a good time to start “The Dread Project” 😬
