Monarch caterpillar on showy milkweed in our native xeriscape (w/a few fruit trees). Butterflies flying around too! Other native plants still out include butterfly mariposa lily, various clarkias, chick lupine, California skullcap! Goldfinches love purple sage seed! #biodiversity
