Taking up crafting had been a bright ray of joy in a very turbulent and stressful time. Learning to do something new and feeling your brain form new pathways is amazing. And there's also something very powerful about doing it for no real gain other than the satisfaction of acquiring a skill.

And this morning my bus commute included finishing the Gwenpool romance comic on Marvel Unmounted. A lovely little arc with the sort of representation that makes my soul happy.

Wednesday night was a spontaneous trip to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Excellent end to the trilogy and but nearly as heartbreaking as I thought it would be. Quite the opposite, for me at least. Well done to @jamesgunn and all involved!

Ok, mind dump incoming! I wanted to do a better chronicle of my recent activities because I've been busy, but then I didn't because I've been busy.
I just had the most amazing couple of months with the Beltane Fire Society. I dressed as a Goblin and acted the fool while ensuring other groups were looked after. It was wonderful and wholesome and so much fun!

And I also had the incredible privilege of bringing this story to life alongside an ace spectrum writer, artist and color artist, as well as my ace assistant editor. A veritable fleet of aces!
