भारतीय सेना में अग्निवीर में भर्ती हुए कई युवा ट्रेनिंग बीच में ही छोड़ कर निकल रहे हैं। युवा बेहतर मौका मिलने पर सेना के इस कार्यक्रम से दूरी बनाने में गुरेज नहीं कर रहे हैं। ऐसे में सेना इन युवाओं से ट्रेनिंग का खर्च वसूलने पर भी विचार कर रही है।
