Sneezing 🤧
When we sneeze we release negative energy. Be mindful of when sneezing happens, what your emotions + thoughts were. What internal growth + accomplishments you achieved in that moment. Even the most minute + subtle changes can provide insight.
We say “bless you” when people sneeze with the thought that you’re protecting them from losing their soul, but what you’re actually doing is blessing them for the growth, the expulsion. + for that spirit release to move on.
I LOVE what I do. I love the synchronicities with my clients, love to see them grow, develop, heal themselves + relationships. Let go + honor themselves.
I also love my craft. Using healing techniques from several cultures + traditions to layer the healing.
