Hi, let me catch you up, we are anarchists that have been trying to raise the alarm about state retaliation we are facing in the form of fitting up Ellis as a pedophile, for possession of the awful material those bastards enjoy.
I know this is upsetting for anyone and triggering for many, it is for me too but it’s not just that it’s trauma happening to both of us right now and we can’t beat this alone. Please keep reading.
There’s been no reason to dismiss this or distrust us anyway but this is BIG.
First I have to remind you of the date we were raided, the 22nd of December. (probably. The whole thing is quite hard to read - see next in thread)
They say their automated flagging system detected access of this material and this caused them to get a warrant for the raid. Since we have been interviewed so have heard when they claim this flag happened, 19th of December. With this information, we became aware of one very sus factor that we have already mentioned; the raid happened just 3 days after they claim the images were accessed. This is 100% not normal, we’ve checked and it usually takes months.
What we have just found out is even bigger, it’s fucking massive: They were granted the warrant two days BEFORE they say the crime happened.
To recap, the date they claim they found the basis of this warrant was the 19th. Look at the attached image, the warrant was granted on the 17th, 2 days before!
Frustratingly we could have figured this out at the same time as the 3 day turn around from flag to raid was established but for our failure to simply look at the warrant that’s been right under our nose (pinned to the wall in an envelope with the words “cop bullshit” on it) for a year!
