A guy who loves history, music, and other things.

@sean_ae did you use both the Ensoniq EPS-16+ and EPS on Chiastic Slide, or was it just one of them? I always loved the downsampled bits on that album either way. Also, what did you use for that bassline and the strings on Yeesland? (It's at about 1:38-1:39 in the track.) Every time I listen to it, those two elements always stand out to me. Of course, the track as a whole is fantastic without a doubt, hehehe

Anyways, that's all. Take care my man =]

You and Rob really knew how to work with those Ensoniq samplers. It really makes me appreciate the time, effort, and experimentation you guys put in with what gear you had back then :)

@sean_ae Listening to that Buck-Tick remix you and Rob did, and that intro is always ear candy to me, hehe.

Did you do that on the EPS or EPS-16+? It almost kind of sounds like you did a similar technique like with the intro of Clipper. I could be wrong about that, though. Do correct me on that.

@sean_ae I could be wrong about this, but is that the MC-202 on Are Y Are We? It sounds very good with the reverb, haha. Also did you do the same pitch effect with the cowbell on C/Pach on We R Are Why? Whatever that is, it pairs well with the percussion!

Have a good day man :)

@sean_ae Was there ever an "Inhake 1" track? It's something I never really thought about until a few days ago, haha. Inhake 2 and Inhake 3 are great tracks, by the way :)

@sean_ae I'm not sure if you've already heard this track before or not, but I think you would appreciate it :)

@sean_ae Do you remember what gear you used for Anvil Vapre?

Did you use a mixture of drum machine and sampled drum sounds?

Also, is the percussion throughout Second Scepe stuff you sampled on the Casio SK-1, or was it fed through the EPS-16+ and heavily processed (or both)? Either way, it sounds great!

That's all. I hope you have a good day! :D

@sean_ae I recently bought myself an EPS-16+, and I've been messing with it a lot ever since I got it. I was wondering if there was any recommendations you could give me on what I can do with it?

Have a great day as always man! :)

@sean_ae I know you've mentioned in past interviews about how Kraftwerk influenced the way you make music, so I'm curious about what your thoughts on these demo tape recordings of Techno Pop and Sex Object (it also includes the instrumental version of Tour De France). I think it's pretty neat :)
