@HunterNP Thanks for this insight. Honestly, I've never thought about wiring a progress note! I don't mind making medical documentation easier to digest as long as the meaning is preserved. Other issues to consider are: relative text complexity (different to different patients) and often busy clinical setting. Maybe a solution would be a mid-admission clinical summary?
