Trump: The EU is ‘nastier than China’ - Lemmy.World
Now that Trump had to lower his pants to his toes with China, is trying to
frighten the EU to see if he can squeeze someone. He says the EU is nastier to
them than China, that European countries are not fair and try to threaten the
European countries. Of course is talking again about tariffs, but also about
pharma prices and other kind of products in not a very smart way. Hope that the
EU stands firmly against him and his colleagues.

USA will impose tariffs on all agriculture products taht imports, starting next month - Lemmy.World
Antoher friendly reminder of why we have to buy European products: tariffs to
all agriculture products going to USA from next month. We still don’t know the
percentage, but anyway, buy European as long as you can!

Normal, a Danish chain selling personal care and makeup from European brands - Lemmy.World
Normal is a chain of shops from Denmark selling personal care and make up
products at good prices. Also cleaning products, snacks and beverages. Currently
have shops in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway), Netherlands,
France, Spain and Portugal. Most of the brands are from Denmark but also from
Germany, United Kingdom and other countries. Here they have several Spanish
brands but I suppose they will have brands from the country the shop is opened.
Trump vows to slap 25% tariffs on EU and claims bloc was ‘formed to screw US’

Trump vows to slap 25% tariffs on EU and claims bloc was ‘formed to screw US’ - Lemmy.World
Another reminder, altough this was expected, of why we have to buy European (not
only from the EU tough, also from neighbouring countries and from the EEC):
Trump says that will impose a 25% tariff on imports from the EU, apart from
saying that the region was created to screw USA. He has also said that tariffs
to Canada and Mexico will go into effect on the 4th of April. So I am open too
to buy goods and services from there (we have their communities promoting local
buying because of this nasty movement linked in the right side of the community,
if you are interested). There will be countermovement, but it is important to
start buying more european products and services to counter this.
