How can Democrats realistically reform the DNC? - Lemmy.World

A lot of things obviously went wrong with this election. But the DNC keeps making poor decisions and not listening to what Americans actually want? I believe both the DNC and RNC both need to go. But not seems like the best time to get one of them reformed or replaced. But as a normal citizen what can we do to change this?
