Brian BilstonThis spell of good weather has reminded me of the need to get myself beach body ready. Think I’m pretty much there already.
My question is this: is there anything I can do to get my account back? I’ve sent them that email, I’ve contacted them most days since, but nothing. I’ve had my account for (I think) over 12 years, I had 19k followers, I love Twitter and I miss it. Help!!!
The next day I couldn’t log in to my Twitter account, and my profile photo had gone. I looked at that email again and (of course) it wasn’t from Twitter. I immediately contacted Twitter support and explained, but have received nothing back. Apparently I’ve been phished.
So at 2am one night this week, I couldn’t sleep and went through my emails on my phone in order to use the time constructively. One was from Twitter, saying they were changing their blue tick policy and so I needed to do something to my account. (I was so tired, I can’t remember what.)
Has anyone else suddenly not been able to log in to their Twitter account? Is it a blue tick thing? Have I been hacked? 20k followers, no photo on there any more, no weird tweets - have reported to Twitter support…
My Twitter account seems to have disappeared, no idea why…
