May is about to end and my greatest achievement during these 5 months so far of 2025 has been to be calm. Having a peaceful nervous and digestive system, I am not in a hurry to reach the goal, I want to enjoy the process and fall in love with every part that is with me. I have loved being the protagonist of my own life. 🥰🥰🥰

Today is teacher's day here in Mexico and for me, it is one of the most beautiful professions that exists. Teaching carries a responsibility but it also teaches us to question and evolve because knowledge is power. I would never have imagined that nudism would have allowed me to continue teaching, I feel not only fortunate but also privileged.
When they close a door on you, remember that a thousand opportunities open up. 🍎👩🏾‍🏫

This month was Easter bunnies and together with friends we did several fun activities one of them was to put the tail to the bunny 🤣 do you think that in the end I succeeded? My almost none patience says something else 😅
But what a good time. 🥰✨

Dwell in your skin, learn to feel at home in yourself, with your light and your shadow and embrace and celebrate everything you are even when no one sees you. 🥰

Today is Earth Day; our mother, who gives us home, shelter, food, warmth, life... when you love something you take care of it, you protect it. Small individual actions may seem insignificant, but the sum can make a big difference. Let's take care of the Earth, so far, it's the only place where we can continue to be nude. 🌎💚💙🌳🍃

How many times we feel unhappy or incomplete because we don't have this or that and we think when I get that, then I will be happy, but when you get it, you realize that you want more, so we enter an endless cycle of feeling incomplete. But what if we are grateful for what we have now? Maybe then we can feel fullness. 🥰

This year I decided to go slower, without haste and calmly and to be honest it has helped me to be present in the present. Appreciate the small details and to be conscious that life is an instant, we are always in a hurry to reach a destination that we forget to enjoy the road. Pause, thank and continue has been my motto.✨

Women have always been socially compared, which is why they often bring up the phrase “another woman is your worst enemy”. Fortunately, I can question that mentality and allow myself to look around me and see the women around me and admire them for their qualities and strengths and instead of comparing myself, inspire myself and learn from them. Today, I'm grateful to have friends I admire like Francelli. 💜
