One way the power manifests on digital forums (and also, schools):

Autistic user posts, narcissist aggression begins

Autistic user reports aggression, nothing is done, aggression intensifies

Autistic user, at the end of their rope, responds in kind to aggression, is immediately targeted as ‘the problem’, gets censured banned or suspended

Abuse continues after the fact through PMs or forum posts that of course the autistic user cannot respond to anymore

Repeat till all autistic users are silenced or marginalized

It happened to reddit, it’s happening here and I am so fucking tired of the narcissists taking my online spaces

This is something I have been concerned about for a long time, the targeted harassment we tend to face. I posted a while back about that study that people rate autistic communications 30% below average, and got a lot of flak for that which surprised me The thing is, this study proves that people can identify autistic traits and instinctively rate the communications of that person lower despite the content being the same as the control group. So many things make so much more sense here, especially when it ties into the historic targeting of autists by narcissists and sociopaths. And right now we live in a narcissist society, all the top positions of power and wealth are currently held by narcissists I am so fucking tired of people telling me I’m imagining it, I’m so tired of having my great ideas ignored because “Well what you said is good but we don’t like how you said it” Those in power target us, we have no recourse, and the president just fucking signed an EO making it legal to kidnap us and institutionalize us and NO ONE fucking cares We fucking built society and INVENTED EVERYTHING and the narcissists take the lions share of the profit as we are marginalized, ignored, and sid

It seems like every gacha title out today has hundreds of needlessly complex popups, daily strategies, loyalty rewards, special events, story events, crafting, house layout, friendship rewards, friendship rewards crafting that is completely separate from the three other crafting systems, simulated social media, poorly explained limited event currencies and the ever loving tendency to give me four pages of unskippable splash screen every fuckdamn time I go to a new tab And there’s like 50 different tabs on the motherfucking homepage and no matter how hard you try you CANNOT clear all the notifications before new ones crop up I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE FUCKING GAME Can anyone suggest me something, Idgaf what it costs as long as the tutorial is under ten minutes and I don’t have to spend two fucking hours on dailies.

‘Be nice’ is a great idea in concept but when it comes down to concrete justification for post deletions and bans, it just becomes a general tool of oppression Simply disagreeing with a political position has triggered rule #1 bans and removals across several subs, Gaza is a great example of this. If we just want to keep pretending that mods are any different here than reddit, then they need to be held to a better degree of responsibility when it comes to their abuse of overly broad definitions.

Been playing yu gi oh since the gameboy days. I know how to build a deck. Since Dec. I have drawn dry on 80% of my 1st turns with Dragonmaids and Live Spright. Noticeably so. Dragonmaids has gotten me to Plat 1 and Live Spright to Diamond 3 so I know these decks work and Live Sprights is literally 1/3 starters. I have zero idea how this is even possible without direct manipulation. I pulled over 100 test draws in the deckbuilder and none of them came even close to statistically matching what I’ve seen since Dec.

I cannot stand Forgotten Realms. Never liked it going all the way back to 2nd edition. Greyhawk was a MUCH better setting, with a more cohesive vision and CERTAINLY a much more interesting cosmology Forgotten Realms is a hodge-podge of 20 settings glued together with zero appreciation for thematic crossover that has been revamped and rebooted so many times that substantial class mechanic differences DEPEND ON WHAT ERA YOU ARE PLAYING IN! That is fucking INSANE Greyhawk presented an eternal timelessness where you could drop in on any era without having to read 5+ years of errata notes on why they renamed the negative energy plane and whether or not you are allowed to cast anything above 3rd level The Great Wheel was, is, and will ALWAYS be the most fertile and relatable cosmology that has ever existed in a d20 setting and they changed it purely for CHANGE’S SAKE! TL;DR: Fuck Forgotten Realms, LONG LIVE GREYHAWK!
