I just started listening to The Urbanist Agenda, a fantastic podcast from the creator of the YouTube channel Not Just Bikes.

It’s really engaging discussions between people who are passionate and knowledgeable about improving how our cities operate and how we live! Highly suggested.

This Saturday I’ll be running the first playtest of the game I’m working on with more than 2 players!

I got those board game wooden pieces I was talking about getting.

I cannot overstate how much joy little colorful wooden pieces give me lol

Something like 100-200 cubes total in a variety of colors
Does anyone know a good site to buy a ton of small assorted colored wooden cubes? I always need them for game prototyping, and borrowing them from other games is annoying. I haven’t found a great place to buy them for cheap in bulk, without getting to the point of buying like 1000 per color.
If they're going to make people ride bikes and scooters in traffic, then it should at LEAST be legal to do the Snow Crash thing where you use a hook-shot-style harpoon to catch free rides from cars.

this has been my favorite response so far
I enjoy coming up with names for games when you only have a limited time to play them and have to rush through them. Inspired by the term “Aquickola” which is used in the Agricola community, my group has come up with “Zoomfjord” and “Fastles of Burgundy”
Revelation of the day: RTS games are actually just head to head clicker/idle games
