@faerywolf First switch to World tab. Then select search. Then Account. Then type in @ followed by the handle.
@faerywolf One more thing once you are on the World tab select Account and then search.
I am sure you will figure it out.
@faerywolf On the World tab search for their handle including the @ sign.
Once you find them you can follow them.
