I think this gets at the idea that a decent chunk of the popularity of LLMs among many software engineers is in some way a reaction to how terrible our tools are. We largely code like we're still using punched cards, so having something that'll handle the mechanics of making holes with minimal setup is always going to be attractive.

every single law being written to strip away the rights of trans people to medically transition are being done specifically to target trans men, because according to white nationalism, any individual capable of bearing children must be "protected".

my scorching hot take is that I no longer like trans day of visibility.
we have enough visibility. we have no power. visibility without power is a death pact. most days, I would prefer if trans people were utterly invisible and allowed to hide in the darkness away from the searing flames of righteous light that seek to burn us out of existence.

hi yall. i'm looking for work. writing things like this has been a severely career-limiting move, but i am as sharp as ever, and very good at what i do.
