This encounter is to cover up the inefficiency of #hyderabadpolice
Till the time, police doesn't get its act together, rape in this country is not going to stop.
This narrative of shooting the accused will prove a deterrent is utter nonsense
Rape is a heinous crime. But should the failure of judiciary system force police to encounter the accused?
Will this be the way forward in dealing with these rapists? Is that the only way #NewIndia can think of delivering justice?
