Refuse to be a victim, never acquiesce, survive.
Fear is an enemy, fight it.
Hope is an ally, nurture it.
Faith is fuel rely on it.
Hold on to your core, morality and humanity. Don’t become them.
Resist, resist. Quietly if you must, out loud when you can.
Persist, don’t give up.
Support and love one another… we can’t do this alone.
Our friends are as hidden as our enemies… don’t mistake one for the other.

We know the way. We've walked it before. We just have to remember and educate... Women, racial minorities, LGBTQ folk, we've all fought this battle. It's time to remember and teach.
Our ancestors endured worse and birthed us to survive and thrive. Remember the wisdom of our ancestors… they were powerless, yet they shaped our world.
They were slaves who became civil rights activists. Chattel who became suffragettes and feminists. Closet dwellers who kicked open the door and stood in the sun.

The Repubs are very good at making up draconian solutions for made-up problems. 'Voter fraud", "urban crime", "border invasions," etc. In their telling, the world is on the brink of disaster and only "X" will save it. Yesterday the Supreme's conjured the "threat of accountability". Who Knew?
