@MarkRuffalo This type of copyright infringement lawsuit will be effective up to the point when the AI becomes self-aware therefore being no different than any human being going to the library and picking up a book and reading it. If a human child learns to read and speak after viewing a copyrighted piece of literature they are not going to be sued for copyright infringements.
@MarkRuffalo I hope the writers and the actors get the contracts that they want but I wonder how long it's going to be until actors become expendable with the improvements in AI enhanced CGI and speech synthesizers? I'm guessing in the not too distant future an AI program will be able to complete a full length feature film with no input from director's producers actors or writers in a couple hours. Writers and actors will have nothing left to negotiate with.
