And finally walked out of my job yesterday. When your team gets absorbed into a bigger team, and instead of recognizing that we are now one unit, the boss of that team casually slides in that your old team doesn't matter now when going over metrics (even when we had them beat in every category last month), on top of the disrespect of the merger itself, it's time to run.
There were huge starfish all over the North Jetty at #OceanShores! It was neat seeing them and all the other wonders in the tide pools.
