Court decides against the govt
Govt appeals to a higher court

Higher court decides against the govt
Govt appeals to a higher court

Supreme court decides Trump is God and all is well

Yeah, this was a non-malicious joke (that would be obvious if the context was available). The OP asked me to interpret an unclear image that looked like squiggles. There was absolutely nothing controversial about the (now removed) cartoon that the OP had posted.
