Bombay HC Chief Justice Nandrajog has assignment of cases filed for reliefs against measures initiated by banks against borrowers.
And he's passing some fabulous orders. A stickler for 'due process' & 'Rule of Law' - he's passed an order on 8/11/19 whereby the practice of appointment of Advocates as Court Commissioners for taking physical possession of secured assets has been put to an end.
He differed with an earlier order & quashed the CMM's order appointing Advocate Court commissioner 😊
