Expert in a dying field.
@sparkledragon5 Gibran is like that. Wish I had even a small amount of his talent with words.
"And though in your winter you deny your spring, yet spring, reposing within you, smiles in her drowsiness and is not offended."
-Kahlil Gibran
@Lithellyl To be fair, I was just as surprised as the fae was at the time.
A reminder to all the hangers on still using the wretched bird site: Twitter was never a public square. It was the private property of a for-profit business that was beholden to no one other than its shareholders. Now it has been taken over by a sociopath. Get over it. Move on!
@ronnorthrip Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered I have fought my way here to the castle beyond the Goblin City to take back the child you have stolen, for my will is as strong as yours and my kingdom as great. You have no power over me!
@Terra It's such an awkward situation, isn't it. It's like, "I want to let you know I'm here for support and solidarity but I don't want to accidentally make you feel clocky by saying anything."

"How did you find out you were trans?"

"The usual way. When I was still an egg I told a fae my deadname and they got really mad when it had no power over me."

we did it guys, we created a new gilded age

"By 2021, the top 1% income share has reached an all-time high of 27.4% much higher than the previous record of 23.9% in 1928"

Bad People are going after trans healthcare for all ages in Tennessee, Texas, and Florida now. Each of the three bills uses a different method, but the effect of each is to try to ban trans healthcare.

But they're just... so, so fucking stupid. These bills *will not work*.

TN and FL are trying to make it too expensive for insurers to continue to cover trans healthcare, in an attempt to get them to remove coverage.

But insurers can't. They're compelled by the ACA.

As others have said many times already, if you ever wondered what you would have done in early 1930s Germany, you're doing it right now.
