Jeff Legum nails the huge reason Democrats are so far behind in building a pool of trustworthy candidates & election strategies. IMO Dems fail at basic leadership esp at higher levels. As a former fundamentalist conservative, I can tell you that conservative GOP training starts young. Christian school/homeschool graduates are steered toward law purposely so they can take seats in gov't & courts. The Federalist Society takeover was 40+ years in the making.
