I love it when an early 20s something kid calls me "son". "Lad I am old enough to be your granddad."

A pretty girl in an english history group on Facebook asked me about my tattoos. Minor issue I don't have any. Granted I have considered it a few times, but I don't plan on getting one anytime soon. Her reply; she doesn't date men without tattoos. That's perfect for me because she lives in Brighton England. Which is a lovely area on the channel. Oddly enough for some reason I honestly think she was confusing me with someone else, as opposed to the usual bot fishing.
Nothing really surprises me anymore.

I am not sure why I would remember this. In the First World War, there was a disastrous recruiting program in the British Army called "pals" that promised enlistees they could serve alongside their friends and neighbors. The sad reality was that entire towns, and villages were wiped out in some of the bloodiest battles of that terrible war. With my apologies to Coca Cola, when I saw these bottles, I was reminded of it.. #cocacola #wwi #britisharmy #history
This is me...
US tourist arrested after allegedly attempting to contact ‘world’s most isolated’ tribe

I just watched an argument about someone complaining that they had to show a medical ID card at a courthouse. It seems they have like me a defibrillator, and stents installed. There is a warning on the card about security wands, and at security checkpoints about medical equipment. So far I have shown mine once at a security checkpoint. In my opinion it has nothing to do with freedom, as opposed to people don't like being told what to do. This is a generic version of the card in my wallet.
