Sexual health needs to be talked about and taught. If we maintain the stigma in teaching scenarios and get weird talking about sex, then we pass that awkwardness on to the next generation.
I’m not the expert, but I’ve taught myself a lot about pelvic floor health in all genders, urethral irritants, prostatitis, and interstitial cystitis, among others.
We can do better but first step is just acknowledging we have a deficit.
