Received an email from #perplexity inviting me to download the new #comet browser.
Great!
Clicked the link... "sorry you need to be using Windows or MacOS"
WTF? Could you not have said that in the email you sent me?

Been fighting with youtube for several days now. It was freezing all my (computer) videos at exactly 1:00 minute. Mobile apps played just fine. I tried disabling my ad blocker and VPN but still no joy. Then my son told me his laptop was doing the same...
Turns out that (for some unknown reason) Pi-Hole was black-listing
jnn-pa.googleapis.com

Once white-listed everything was good. No idea how this happened - I didn't update Pi-Hole or any of its associated packages. Oh well...

You know what I really hate..

when someone goes to your archive.org profile & downloads some of your files & posts them on their own website. They also "forget" to give credit to where they got them from.

I uploaded many scanned documents for #Dosoft tape & disk utilities. These were very hard to find documents but not crediting the source is a shitty thing to do.

My archive.org profile is PETSCII. Anything posted there is original material scanned by me. My stuff is on the web & FB groups.

My weakness is old magazines. A really bad weakness to have, as magazines are one of the worst things to collect. They take up so much space and weigh as much as lead. However for some reason, that doesn't stop me.
My current collections include:

Your Commodore inc Your 64
Commodore Horizons
Zzap!64
Commodore World (complete)
Input (complete)
ITEC (complete)
The Home Computer Course (complete)
The Advanced Home Computer Course (complete)
Commodore Computing International

HELP!

I love the Atari 800 / 800XL but I really can't have another 8bit ecosystem. I already have too many. I'd still love one though...
So I went to the website of @PCBWay tonight to read an article and this is what I was greeted with... 3 pop ups! Needless to say I just closed the page.
I have written to them telling them I do not want to add my birth date (I could probably just make one up). I asked how I download all my data and delete my account.

So tonight I went to check my twitter account that I use for reading accounts that are not on here. Every time I log into twitter I get a pop up telling me "you are in control". Well tonight I was greeted by this.
It suddenly brings home why big tech companies are a really bad idea for individuals. If you're sharing your private data with them because their service is "free", you need to think again.

I'm so glad I got my emails off Gmail now. I saw something like this coming a while ago.

@bjonte @wiebow I suspect that there is no error at all in 520 but it is in line 10 where the function is defined.

10 CLR : DEF FNA(X)=X/*180)
(see line 10 in program below)

I can see this isn't right but I'm totally confused as to why the error points to 520.
