@wispy_ghost it's nothing, just whatever is coming in from my eyes and ears and other senses. No thinking about it or pondering shit etc. it's lovely really. But hey if you say it makes me cute then who am I to argue?! 😝🤣

@wispy_ghost no distractions just off. I think it's male thing, females seem to struggle with doing so. But I'm also one of those few people with no internal dialogue so that helps.
