Back to negative, I gave myself a paper cut (plastic cut?) on my broken bag handle. Used the claim tag to wrap it up, but it ain't great.

Anyway, the reason why I didn't wait a bit was bc of that wait-list thing from earlier, I thought I was in the clear the night before since I checked in early, and was #1. But apparently that wasn't a guarantee, they assigned hella people below me before finally getting to me (when I went up to volunteer to gate check my bag).

Now, when would you say the worst time to receive the Precheck approval notice would be? If you said "while you were taking off your shoes, after waiting 20 mins in the normal TSA line, in view of the clear Precheck line", then I would agree with you. 🤦

Oh yeah, so what went wrong today. First, I had scheduled a #GlobalEntry interview with DHS for the morning I depart, which is convenient, don't have to pay for parking, etc.

Or it would be, if I didn't forget which side of the International Terminal office it was on, and have to run across the airport while carrying all my bags.

I arrived 3 mins late to my appointment, an appt that took me 2 months to get. The next available one was in July. Things were not looking good.
