Drawing with AI

I forgot to post my last work on this theme!

#AiArt #MidJourney

Working on a AndrΓ© Breton's book extract:

"I've seen her fern-like eyes open in the morning to a world where the beating wings of immense hope are barely distinguishable from the other sounds that are those of terror, and on this world, I'd only ever seen closing eyes."

It's really interesting to see what #AI is capable in such space.

Working on a "in movement" theme. πŸ™‚

I'm doing some tests with #MidJourney V6 and I'm really surprised by the nudity it currently permits.

Artistically speaking, I think it's a good thing. But it would be surprising they'll let the model behave that way: MJ being a bit puritan on this matter so far.

Ok this project really got above the roof in term of complexity, work and manual edition... but I'm really excited to show you those #AiArt #cinemagraph of double-exposures.

Those have been obtained in #MidJourney v5 with a custom trained style (via tune), animated via #runwayml and recombined in photoshop (a lot of editing really).

But in term of rendering, I finally got what I was looking for!

@BlueTurtleAI exactly πŸ™‚ you can provide one or more URL after the imagine to use it as seed(s):

Midjourney Image Prompts

Images prompts can be used alone or with text prompts. Upload an image to Discord to use a personal image as part of a prompt.

@modean987 that's already good results!

And yes, it's really fun when you find the AI opiniated on a subject and find ways to change it to get what you really wanted. πŸ™‚

@modean987 version 5 is also very good at it if you don't want to control the rendering πŸ™‚ But you'll always get trees/forest/urban background; that's the part that is difficult to get rid of.

I might try v4 to check, but at the time I didn't switch to it and stayed on v3 due to the lack of control I had on, v5 is a bit the quality of v4 with the control of v3.

Those are maybe the most difficult images I've ever done: double exposure on the space theme seemed impossible due to the bias of the #AI.

To get those renders, I had to generate the base female astronauts and the stars background. Merge the two in a double exposure style in photoshop and then reuse those image as seed in #MidJourney.

Maybe I should write a blog post about it. Like #Photography, #AiArt is much more than just "pushing a button".
