“FYI I received this email from @venmo asking me about a repayment I'd tried to send to @ganzeer for a purchase we made at a #Persian grocery store in Aurora, CO. This level of surveillance is super unsettling and I'll be closing my venmo account. You might want to do the same.”
@aliannejadi A small super marked in Western MA had those -- it was our "we go shopping" treat.
In particularly I love the dish with the green leafy vegetables that is slightly tart and often is simmered with dried lemons -- so yummy!
@deeds Interesting. I think the fruit roll is not friendly to European/American taste (it's kinda sour), but the sweet ones are killers.
Oh yeah, that dish is called "Ghormeh Sabzi". That is literally every single Iranian's favorite dish ;-). Good choice 🤤 .
