I have some thoughts on #Patreon and a few questions too.

So I have this wild idea that I'll be able to crowdfund/receive donations to cover stuff like my phone bill (so that I can get a hold of theatre colleagues and offices and the like).

But - I'm doing dramaturgy, manuscript work, theatre critics and analytics. I'm basically an art student. Are anyone interested in supporting that? Does the kinds of art that can't be shown on a screen matter to internet strangers?

@maloki I have tons of photos from my last production, and I have the manuscripts and the backstories of the characters and so much documentation that never shows on stage, so I doubt there's any lack of material. It's whether it's catchy that's my concern right now.

@lilletale right now i cannot imagine myself contributing to this. There needs to be some connection to my own life. Some way in which I can make your work part of me, my life, my surroundings.

@pv That's kind of what I imagine many people would think. But would you contribute just to make me shut up about my phone bill? That could also be a twist of the Patreon.
