They assigned the CAC an experienced bibliographic cataloger, but *she* wasn't familiar with archival issues! Needed to better understand the problem, on both sides. #MAC2018

Meanwhile in the pop culture archives... they have a faculty cataloger, but she does 80 other things and can't keep up with the cataloging backlog

@[email protected] On cataloging end, using RDA as much as possible-- MPLP style processing with a lot of options--not a lot of time for auth control etc. Creating stub finding aids and looking at tracking #MAC2018
