I initially thought "Estonia??", but then they mentioned the e-residency and I remembered reading about that.

A workable taxonomy to organize my hard drive has always eluded me.

I once made a script which made nested folders mirroring the library of congress taxonomy, but that proved to be to awkward to navigate.

Maybe bits of this will be useful.
