So all exercising for today, and possibly the rest of the week, have been canceled due to my sciatic nerve pain keeping me in bed. My SO said it might be due to a herniated disc pressing against the nerve, so I'll be getting my back checked out tomorrow.

Hoping I can get referred to a chiropractor to deal with this. It's horrible to go through, especially when I'm trying to get my weight under control.

@toxicmiracle @toxicmiracle Hope you don't mind the intrusion. Going through the same thing right now. My second time getting a slipped disc. last case was 4 years ago (l5-s1 disc), spent 2017 getting pretty fit, probably overdid it on weightlifting and now I'm flat on my back again. I'd recommend you go see a doctor who specializes in the back, since it's a really sensitive and important area. lots of nerves there. good luck.
@12amstatic I hope your recovery goes well. Everything becomes 200x harder when your back is giving you a ton of problems. I recommend someone o YouTube called the Motivational Doc. He has a lot of videos that go over back health and stretches that target pain caused by various back issues.
