If I don't get a full panel of badass non-white majority, I ain't submitting this.
And if anyone else is doing this already, I'll concede the effort to Greater Voices than mine

@kacealexander Because what you're pushing for there is awesome, and I'm a cismale old white dude, so as much as I'd like to participate, I'm feeling more and more like I'm taking a spot that could go just as easily and more effectively to a PoC.

@Shecky You could feel that way. or you could use your power for good and sit in a slot you earn, right? there's slots for every good person. most white folks just need to get a clearer idea of what "good person" is in context, amirite?

@Shecky Besides, if all the awesome white guys step back to make sure more slots are open, that just leaves a lot of slots the unwoke will fill with asshole white guys. >.>

@kacealexander I hear you (and thanks for the thumbs-up!), but I still wish there were a way to make *sure* PoC get good rep on *all* panels, y'know? And yeah, it's sorta like shooting myself in the foot (these days, I pare down on my con-going by going only to cons where I'm on programming), but still.
