@lewis_tolmie Oh, god, I feel you! I assume you mean one you can eventually walk in? I had to wear one two years ago. I would let mine breathe every once in a while while keeping it elevated, but still resting it in the boot, if that makes sense. Maybe try a loose sock while wearing it, or dry skin lotion?
