Fellow social.coop users: let's talk about a Code of Conduct!

Some useful resources:
- http://geekfeminism.wikia.com/wiki/Anti-harassment_policy_resources

Particularly this bit on what makes a CoC:

"- statement of unacceptable behavior
- how the policy will be enforced
- how and whom to make an incident report to
- training and reference materials for organizers, staff, and volunteers" (or, in our case, admins & mods)

Here's an example of an all-purpose code of conduct: http://citizencodeofconduct.org/

Note that it includes examples of acceptable as well as unacceptable behaviour.

Some informal proposals for things we might include:

- NSFW content must be tagged/CW'd
- no Nazis
- no arguing that banning Nazis is just as bad as being Nazis
- be kind
- be helpful to newbies
- respect people's boundaries

@adinfinitum These were just examples - I agree that the rules should be broader!

I think Nazis are a good starting point though.

@nev "I'm just aware of doing things differently" ie. if it says Pull/Push!
There's a butt tonne of Left v Right in every country of the world.
I believe this is designed to encourage an Us vs Them approach to #HumanFarming
