Jenny HainesI'm the only one in this house who likes pumpkin pie so not worth making a pie just for me this fall. Instead I made some pumpkin pie cream cheese (Budget Bytes recipe!) to put on my breakfast bagels on the runup to Thanksgiving. Yum!
victoria the crow (moved)@SnarkyLamassu I tried to introduce my brit-born friends to pumpkin pie and they were CRAZY SUSPICIOUS. Loved it one and all once they tried it but I made it two years running before anyone plucked up the courage. I guess it doesn't really look like pie, and it is kind of ... like, orange. 🤔
@Vicorva It does have a weird spongy texture XD My other half finds pumpkin pie spices too strong, but I know the color of it didn't help 😅
