Del@chuckwendig I know it's not the point usability-wise, but given your celeb status (and how many followers you've already gathered in the short time you've been here), I'm sure you'd recover followers pretty quickly if you moved. :) You could just make one last toot from this account pointing to your new place, or put it in your profile.

@chuckwendig Then you don't have to :D I've been on the main instance since coming here because I can't be bothered moving anywhere. There does need to be some clearer description of instances on the mastodon.social page though and maybe more prominent linking to https://joinmastodon.org/, and possibly even https://instances.social/ to give people more of a clue about what this whole thing is before jumping on board with one instance ^.^
